PM Modi to Host Breakfast Meeting With Newly Elected NDA MPs Ahead of Parliament Session
PM Modi Breakfast Meeting is set to bring together newly elected National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Members of Parliament on Friday morning as Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosts an informal breakfast interaction at his official residence ahead of the upcoming Parliament session.
According to sources, the meeting is intended to serve as an introductory interaction with first-time and newly elected NDA lawmakers. Discussions are expected to focus on parliamentary procedures, legislators’ responsibilities, and the government’s legislative priorities for the upcoming session.
The initiative is part of the Prime Minister’s ongoing outreach to NDA parliamentarians and aims to strengthen coordination within the ruling alliance while encouraging more effective participation in parliamentary proceedings.
Focus on Parliamentary Responsibilities
Sources said the discussion will emphasize the role of Members of Parliament in ensuring the smooth functioning of Parliament and effectively representing issues concerning their constituencies.
The meeting is also expected to provide lawmakers with guidance on legislative conduct, parliamentary debates, and productive participation during the session.
Which MPs Have Been Invited?
The breakfast meeting has been organized for newly elected NDA Lok Sabha MPs.
According to sources, invitations have also been extended to members of the NCPI who enjoy the support of Trinamool Congress (TMC) MPs, as well as Lok Sabha members who left Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) and later joined the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena.
No official list of attendees has been released.

Officials said the interaction is part of Prime Minister Modi’s continuing engagement with Members of Parliament aimed at improving coordination within the NDA and enhancing lawmakers’ effectiveness during parliamentary debates.
The government is expected to brief MPs on key legislative priorities and encourage active participation throughout the session.
Similar Meeting Held Earlier This Week
The breakfast interaction follows another informal meeting held on Wednesday, when Prime Minister Modi hosted 37 Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs at his official residence.
That session reportedly included discussions on governance, parliamentary functioning, and organizational coordination.
Sources said the Prime Minister also shared personal experiences and exchanged views with lawmakers on several contemporary national issues.
Senior BJP Leaders Attended Wednesday’s Meeting
The earlier meeting was attended by BJP MPs associated with the NDA, former leaders who joined the BJP from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), senior BJP leaders Tarun Chugh, Vinod Tawde, and BJP National President Nitin Navin, according to sources.
Modi Advises MPs to Stay Focused on Public Service
During Wednesday’s interaction, the Prime Minister reportedly advised MPs to avoid getting drawn into what he described as “Delhi’s political rhetoric and narrative traps.”
He encouraged lawmakers to maintain cordial working relationships with opposition MPs while remaining actively engaged in parliamentary business.
According to sources, Modi also urged MPs to use their time in Parliament to learn, contribute meaningfully to debates, and work toward India’s long-term development goals.
