A High Octane Knowledge Sharing Event – 4th Leadership Conclave was organized by ‘KSLC’ on 19th August, 2018 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Dwarka, 
New Delhi. This was in continuation with its ideological league of events which are regularly hosted by the afore mentioned company.
Chief guest of the event was Sandeep Marwah, Founder, Marwah Studio & Celebrity Media Personality. Guest of Honour were Dr. Sharad Kohli- International Economist and Sushil Bharti- Filmmaker & Author
Sandeep Marwah, Founder, Marawh Studio expressed his gratitude and congratulated the future leaders. He said there are seven key qualities required in a leader to be successful in life that includes Aim, Belief, Communication, Development, Enthusiasm, Focus, Goal.
Pallavi Prakash, Founder of KSLC (Knowledge Seed Learning Center) & PPI (Pallavi Prakash International) said that ‘The objective of this program was to share inspirational success stories with the next generation of budding leaders which would eventually help them inculcate those skills’.
About 20 Speakers from various walks of life- Law, Education, Administration, Service industry, Media, Fashion, Cinema, Journalism and Finance & Entrepreneurship spoke on the occasion. Several speakers of National & International fame were invited to speak & grace the occasion. They were, Jyoti Kaundinya Dhillon, Richa Mongia, Prem Prakash, Lahar Bhatnagar, Ruma Chakravarty, Himani Deshwal, Koma kiran Udhwani, Amrita Kar, khushbu Dua & Kusum Dhayal. Branding Partner was APEXX Media and Hospitality Partner was OYO.
Amidst the inspiring atmosphere & the aura of light of the lamp 3rd issue of Leadership Magazine- ‘The Leaders Plus’ was inaugurated. KSLC conferred “Leadership Excellence Award” to all deserving speakers. In children award category, Prisha Prakash and Shubh Prakash were conferred honour. Spirit of Humanity honour was given to Arti Saxena and Anil Wadhwa.
