Maharashtra Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 is moving into focus for thousands of teaching aspirants as the state lays down strict transparency rules for filling 5,012 Assistant Professor posts in recognised non-government aided senior colleges.
Under the recruitment framework, the entire interview process must be recorded on CCTV, while colleges will also have to secure university approval before publishing recruitment advertisements.
