MUMBAI, INDIA | AUGUST 23, 2026 —
IPO This Week is set to become one of the busiest primary-market stories of late August as 10 companies prepare to open public issues between August 24 and September 1, putting more than ₹3,300 crore on the table and giving investors choices across pharmaceuticals, logistics, engineering, infrastructure, power equipment, health care, textiles, forensic services and sports management.
The lineup includes five mainboard IPOs and five SME IPOs, with Symbiotec Pharmalab emerging as the biggest issue of the week at ₹1,757 crore. Skyways Air Services follows with a ₹582.80 crore offering, while Lumino Industries plans to raise ₹700 crore later in the week.
The mainboard issues alone total approximately ₹3,350.59 crore, even before the SME offers are added.
For investors, however, a crowded IPO calendar does not automatically mean every issue deserves an application. Valuation, offer structure, use of proceeds, financial performance, promoter holdings, sector risks and post-listing liquidity all matter.

*Current IPO schedules list August 26 as the ABH Healthcare closing date.
**Current IPO trackers show these terms; investors should confirm the final exchange/prospectus details before applying.
SEBI has published offer documents for several of the mainboard companies, including Symbiotec Pharmalab, Annu Projects, Hy-Tech Engineers and Lumino Industries.
Five IPOs Open Monday, August 24
Monday will immediately turn busy for the primary market.
Five offers are scheduled to begin accepting bids: Symbiotec Pharmalab, Skyways Air Services, Hy-Tech Engineers, ABH Healthcare and Madhur Knit Crafts.
That means investors planning to participate in more than one issue will need to pay close attention to application amounts and UPI or ASBA limits rather than treating the week as a single IPO event.

Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO: Biggest Issue of the Week
Symbiotec Pharmalab is the headline IPO.
The pharmaceutical and biotechnology company plans to raise ₹1,757 crore, comprising a fresh issue of roughly ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of about ₹1,607 crore.
The IPO opens on August 24 and closes on August 27.
Its price band has been fixed at:
₹938 to ₹988 per share
The market lot is 15 shares, putting the minimum retail application at about ₹14,820 at the upper end of the price band.
The company operates in active pharmaceutical ingredients, nutritional ingredients and specialty products and has exposure to both domestic and international markets.
Its Red Herring Prospectus has been filed with SEBI.
Symbiotec Gets ₹526 Crore Anchor Backing
Ahead of the public offer, Symbiotec raised approximately ₹526.20 crore from anchor investors.
Anchor allocation can indicate institutional interest before public bidding begins, but it should not be interpreted as a guarantee of strong listing performance.
The larger question for investors will be whether the company’s valuation is justified by its growth, margins and competitive position.
Skyways Air Services IPO: ₹582.80 Crore Logistics Bet
Skyways Air Services is another major Monday issue.
The logistics and air-freight company is seeking to raise ₹582.80 crore through a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale.
The fresh issue is approximately ₹398.80 crore, while the OFS component is roughly ₹184 crore.
The price band is:
₹131 to ₹138 per share
The lot size is 100 shares, which translates into a minimum retail application of ₹13,800 at the upper band.
Skyways offers air and ocean freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing, customs broking and technology-enabled cargo services.
The company’s RHP is available through SEBI, while its investor section carries its offer documents and IPO material.
Skyways Secures ₹174.5 Crore From Anchor Investors
Skyways also entered the public subscription phase with institutional interest already visible.
The company raised around ₹174.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO.
The key investor debate will likely center on its exposure to global freight volumes, cross-border trade cycles, working-capital requirements and competitive logistics pricing.
Hy-Tech Engineers IPO: Price Band ₹50–₹53
Hy-Tech Engineers will also open on August 24.
The engineering company plans to raise approximately ₹135.73 crore, including a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale component.
Its price band is:
₹50 to ₹53 per share
The lot size is 283 shares, requiring approximately ₹14,999 for one lot at ₹53.
Hy-Tech manufactures hydraulic fittings used in construction machinery, automobiles, agricultural equipment, hydraulic systems and other industrial applications.
The company has more than 11,000 SKUs and exports to several overseas markets. Current IPO platforms list its tentative BSE and NSE listing for September 1.
ABH Healthcare IPO: SME Health Care Issue
ABH Healthcare represents the health care sector in the week’s SME calendar.
The company operates the Anil Baghi Hospital, a tertiary-care hospital in Ferozepur, Punjab.
The offering is approximately ₹34.98 crore and consists of fresh equity.
The price band is:
₹96 to ₹102 per share
The lot size is 1,200 shares, while current SME application rules mean a retail applicant may need to apply for two lots, or 2,400 shares, taking the upper-band application value to approximately ₹2.448 lakh.
Current schedules show bidding from August 24 to August 26, with the shares proposed to list on NSE SME.
That larger minimum application is an important reminder that SME IPOs work differently from many mainboard issues.
Madhur Knit Crafts IPO: Textile Company Seeks ₹53 Crore
Madhur Knit Crafts will also enter the SME market on Monday.
The Ludhiana-based textile manufacturer plans to raise approximately ₹53.27 crore through a fresh issue.
Its price band is:
₹95 to ₹100 per share
The issue runs from August 24 through August 27.
The company manufactures fabrics, blankets, garments and winter textiles and operates an integrated production chain covering several stages from yarn processing to finished fabric.
Current issue data lists a 1,200-share lot, with the minimum retail application around ₹2.40 lakh under the SME structure.
Annu Projects IPO Opens August 25
The next wave begins Tuesday.
Annu Projects will open its ₹175.06 crore mainboard IPO on August 25 and close on August 28.
Unlike several other issues this week, the offer is structured as a fresh issue rather than an OFS-led deal.
The price band is:
₹94 to ₹99 per share
The market lot is 151 shares, giving a minimum application value of approximately ₹14,949 at the upper band.
Annu Projects works in engineering, procurement and construction, with activities spanning telecom infrastructure, sewerage networks, gas pipelines and railway signaling.
SEBI published the company’s RHP on August 19.

Sumax Engineering IPO Opens August 25
Sumax Engineering will join the SME calendar on Tuesday.
The company plans to raise about ₹53.40 crore.
Its price band is:
₹95 to ₹101 per share
The issue is scheduled to remain open from August 25 through August 28.
Current issue schedules list a lot size of 1,200 shares.
Because this is an SME IPO, investors should pay particular attention not only to financial performance but also to post-listing liquidity and the larger capital required per application.
Lumino Industries IPO: ₹700 Crore Power-Sector Offer
Lumino Industries becomes another major attraction later in the week.
Its ₹700 crore IPO opens August 27 and closes August 31.
The offer includes roughly:
₹500 crore fresh issue
and
₹200 crore offer for sale
The price band has been fixed at:
₹78 to ₹82 per share
The lot size is 182 shares, putting the minimum retail investment at approximately ₹14,924 at the upper band.
Lumino manufactures conductors, power cables, electrical wires and specialized products for power transmission and distribution. It also undertakes EPC work involving substations, railway electrification, solar power and water-management projects.
Its tentative listing date is September 3.
Kwick Forensic Solutions IPO
Kwick Forensic Solutions is expected to open its BSE SME issue on August 27 and close on August 31.
Current IPO tracking data indicates a price band of approximately ₹85 to ₹90 per share, with a 1,600-share lot and an issue size of around ₹50.77 crore.
Because some major broker calendars had not yet populated the final terms earlier in the weekend, investors should verify the latest BSE offer document before applying.
The company operates in the forensic-services segment, making it one of the more unusual sectoral stories in this week’s IPO lineup.
Complete Sports & Management India IPO Opens August 28
The tenth offer is Complete Sports & Management India.
The BSE SME IPO is scheduled to open on August 28 and close on September 1, with tentative listing on September 4.
However, as of August 23, several current IPO calendars still show the price band, lot size and final issue size as pending.
That makes this an important case where investors should wait for final offer terms rather than relying on early-market estimates.
Mainboard IPOs Alone Cross ₹3,350 Crore
One striking feature of the week is the sheer size of the mainboard pipeline.
Approximate mainboard issue sizes are:
| Company | Issue Size |
| Symbiotec Pharmalab | ₹1,757 Cr |
| Lumino Industries | ₹700 Cr |
| Skyways Air Services | ₹582.80 Cr |
| Annu Projects | ₹175.06 Cr |
| Hy-Tech Engineers | ₹135.73 Cr |
| Total | ₹3,350.59 Cr |
That means the five larger offers alone exceed ₹3,300 crore.
The SME issues push the total capital-market activity even higher.
Which IPO Is the Largest This Week?
The answer is Symbiotec Pharmalab.
At ₹1,757 crore, it accounts for more than half of the known mainboard fundraising scheduled for the week.
Lumino Industries is the second-largest at ₹700 crore, followed by Skyways Air Services at ₹582.80 crore.
From a search and investor-attention perspective, those three are likely to dominate the week’s mainboard IPO conversation.
IPO GMP: Why Investors Should Be Careful
Grey Market Premium, or GMP, will be another heavily searched term this week.
Several upcoming offers are already showing positive premiums in unofficial grey-market tracking.
However, GMP is not an exchange-traded price, is not regulated by SEBI and provides no guarantee of the eventual listing price.
It can move dramatically between the weekend, subscription period, allotment and listing.
A strong GMP can disappear.
A weak GMP can improve.
Investors should therefore treat it as an informal sentiment indicator rather than a substitute for reading the prospectus and studying the company.
Mainboard vs SME IPO: The Difference Matters
The difference is particularly important this week because half the new issues are SMEs.
Mainboard IPOs generally offer smaller retail lot values and typically have greater post-listing liquidity.
SME IPOs often require much larger minimum applications and can experience sharper price movements after listing.
Liquidity can also be significantly lower.
That makes exit risk especially important.
The possibility of a strong listing should not overshadow the possibility that a thinly traded SME stock may become difficult to sell at the desired price.
Why Is India’s IPO Market So Busy?
The current rush reflects several overlapping trends.
Companies see an opportunity to access capital while domestic participation in equity markets remains high.
Promoters can also use IPOs to raise growth capital, reduce debt or provide partial exits through offers for sale.
Meanwhile, India’s long-term manufacturing, infrastructure, digital-economy, logistics and health care expansion continues to create new businesses seeking public-market capital.

What Investors Should Check Before Applying
Before applying for any of the 10 IPOs, investors should examine the company’s revenue and profit history, debt, cash flows, valuation relative to peers, the proportion of fresh issue versus OFS, how fresh proceeds will be used, promoter holdings and business concentration.
A large OFS, for example, does not directly bring that entire amount into the company because existing shareholders are selling shares.
A fresh issue, by contrast, raises capital for the company itself.
That distinction is especially relevant in the Symbiotec and Skyways offerings.
How to Apply for an IPO
Eligible investors can generally apply through a broker, bank or supported investment platform using UPI or ASBA.
Under the ASBA mechanism, the application money remains blocked in the investor’s bank account and is debited only to the extent shares are allotted.
Investors should ensure that the PAN, demat account, bank account and application details match correctly.
Applications should also be submitted before the relevant cut-off time rather than being left until the final minutes of the closing day.
What Happens After the IPO Closes?
Once bidding ends, the next stages generally include finalization of allotment, release or unblocking of funds for unsuccessful applications, credit of allotted shares to demat accounts and exchange listing.
Several of the August 24 mainboard issues are currently targeting September 1 listings, while Annu Projects is expected around September 2 and Lumino Industries around September 3.
These dates remain tentative until the offer process is completed.
IPO This Week: What to Watch From Monday
The first signal will come from Day 1 subscription numbers.
Strong qualified institutional buyer demand is usually watched closely because it can provide information about institutional appetite.
Retail subscription will show how aggressively individual investors are participating.
The final day, however, often produces the largest jump in bids, so early subscription numbers should not be treated as the final verdict.
Investors should also monitor any revisions, addenda or exchange announcements affecting price bands, dates or offer conditions.
The Bottom Line
IPO This Week is shaping up to be one of the busiest primary-market periods of August 2026.
Five mainboard and five SME offers are scheduled across the August 24–September 1 window, with more than ₹3,300 crore represented by the mainboard lineup alone.
Symbiotec Pharmalab is the week’s biggest issue at ₹1,757 crore.
Lumino Industries brings a ₹700 crore power-infrastructure offer.
Skyways Air Services adds a ₹582.80 crore logistics play.
Hy-Tech Engineers and Annu Projects broaden the mainboard selection, while ABH Healthcare, Madhur Knit Crafts, Sumax Engineering, Kwick Forensic Solutions and Complete Sports & Management India make the SME calendar unusually active.
For investors, the crowded calendar creates choice — but it also creates the risk of chasing too many issues purely because IPO sentiment is strong.
Price bands, subscriptions and GMP may attract attention, but the most important question remains much simpler:
Is the underlying business worth owning at the valuation being offered?
