Redmi Note 17 Pro sale starts today in India, bringing Xiaomi’s latest upper-mid-range smartphone to buyers with an unusually large 9,000mAh battery, 1.5K AMOLED display, 50MP camera with optical image stabilization and enhanced water and dust resistance.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G starts at ₹36,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs ₹39,999.
Sales begin on September 17 through Xiaomi’s online and retail channels as well as Amazon India.
However, buyers looking for the more powerful Redmi Note 17 Pro Max will have to wait. Its first sale begins on September 23, 2026.

Xiaomi has positioned the Redmi Note 17 Pro above its traditional mid-range Note pricing.
