MUMBAI, India | September 7, 2026 —
IPOs This Week will keep Dalal Street busy as 16 companies prepare to enter the primary market between September 7 and September 11, targeting more than ₹7,190 crore through a mix of mainboard and SME public offerings.
The packed calendar includes 12 mainboard IPOs and four SME issues, giving investors exposure to companies across real estate, engineering, chemicals, consumer rentals, financial services, renewable energy, logistics and manufacturing.
Pranav Constructions opens the week on Monday, while larger issues including Rentomojo, Kanohar Electricals, Karamtara Engineering and Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions will draw attention later in the week.
The rush comes after a strong revival in India’s primary market and sets up one of the busiest IPO weeks of 2026.
IPOs This Week: 12 Mainboard Issues Lead the Calendar
Mainboard companies will account for the bulk of the fundraising.
The 12 companies scheduled to launch IPOs this week are:
Pranav Constructions
Glass Wall Systems India
Prasol Chemicals
Kanohar Electricals
Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions
Steamhouse India
LCC Projects
Karamtara Engineering
Rentomojo
Asset Reconstruction Company India
Veegaland Developers
Manika Plastech
Together, these companies will seek several thousand crore rupees from public-market investors.
The unusually broad sector mix could also help reduce dependence on demand for any single industry.
Pranav Constructions Opens IPO Rush on September 7
Pranav Constructions kicks off the mainboard calendar on September 7.
The Mumbai-focused real estate redevelopment company plans to raise about ₹351 crore through its IPO.
The company has fixed a price band of ₹118 to ₹124 per share, with the issue scheduled to close on September 9.
The offer comprises a fresh issue of approximately ₹315.6 crore and an offer-for-sale component of about ₹35.4 crore.
Because Pranav Constructions already has a separate company-specific search intent, investors looking for detailed subscription, GMP, allotment and listing information may track that issue independently from this broader weekly IPO calendar.
Glass Wall Systems, Prasol Chemicals and Kanohar Electricals Open September 8
The pace increases on Tuesday, September 8.
Glass Wall Systems India plans to raise around ₹427.89 crore, with a price band of ₹172 to ₹182 per share.
Prasol Chemicals will seek approximately ₹500 crore and has set its price band at ₹643 to ₹676 per share.
Meanwhile, Kanohar Electricals will launch one of the largest issues of the week.
The company aims to raise around ₹1,055.74 crore at a price band of ₹601 to ₹632 per share.
All three issues are scheduled to remain open through September 10.
Rentomojo Emerges as Biggest IPO of the Week
Rentomojo is expected to become the largest public issue in this week’s calendar.
The company plans to raise about ₹1,255.57 crore when its IPO opens on September 9.
Its price band has been fixed at ₹384 to ₹404 per share, while the issue is scheduled to close on September 11.
The IPO includes a fresh issue of about ₹150 crore and a much larger offer-for-sale component of approximately ₹1,105.57 crore.
Rentomojo’s size and consumer-facing business could make it one of the most closely tracked IPOs of the week.
Karamtara Engineering, Manipal Payment Also in Focus
Karamtara Engineering will also enter the market on September 9.
The company plans to raise around ₹875 crore at a price band of ₹241 to ₹254 per share.
Its issue includes approximately ₹675 crore in fresh capital and ₹200 crore through an offer for sale.
Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions is targeting about ₹805 crore, with its price band set at ₹322 to ₹339 per share.
Asset Reconstruction Company India is also scheduled to tap the market with an IPO of roughly ₹732.97 crore, priced between ₹132 and ₹139 per share.
These larger offers will compete for investor liquidity during the second half of the week.
LCC Projects, Steamhouse India and Veegaland Developers Join Queue
Several mid-sized mainboard offerings will add to the crowded calendar.
LCC Projects plans to raise around ₹427.14 crore.
Steamhouse India is targeting approximately ₹414 crore.
Veegaland Developers plans an issue of around ₹210 crore.
Manika Plastech is also part of the mainboard lineup, with a fresh capital component of approximately ₹92.5 crore.
The spread of offerings across infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate and industrial businesses gives investors a wide range of choices but also creates competition for capital.
Four SME IPOs Add to Primary Market Activity
The SME market will remain active alongside the mainboard rush.
Four SME companies are scheduled to launch public issues this week:
Apana Logistics
Infrax Renewable
Vinod Texworld
Amtech Esters
Apana Logistics opens on September 7 with an issue of approximately ₹34.14 crore.
The other three SME IPOs are scheduled to open on September 9.
Infrax Renewable plans to raise around ₹40.88 crore, while Vinod Texworld is targeting about ₹42.83 crore.
Amtech Esters plans an issue of approximately ₹17.88 crore.
SME IPOs can attract strong demand, but investors should also consider factors such as smaller company size, liquidity, lot requirements and business concentration before applying.
Grey Market Premium Draws Attention, but Investors Need Caution
Grey market activity has already generated interest around several upcoming IPOs.
However, investors should treat the grey market premium, or GMP, only as an unofficial sentiment indicator.
GMP operates outside the regulated stock exchanges and can change sharply before listing.
A high premium does not guarantee listing gains.
Subscription data, valuations, financial performance, market conditions, institutional demand and the quality of the underlying business can all influence the final listing outcome.
Investors should therefore avoid making an IPO decision solely on the basis of grey market indications.
Why India Is Seeing Such a Heavy IPO Calendar
The latest rush reflects renewed confidence in India’s primary market.
August saw robust fundraising activity, while improving investor demand encouraged more companies to move ahead with planned listings.
Companies often accelerate IPO plans when market sentiment supports valuations and recent listings perform well.
At the same time, a crowded calendar can test investor liquidity.
When several large IPOs open within days of one another, retail and institutional investors must decide how to allocate capital across competing offers.
That makes pricing and valuations especially important.
What Investors Should Check Before Applying
Investors tracking IPOs This Week should look beyond headline issue sizes and grey market premiums.
They should examine the company’s revenue growth, profitability, debt, cash flows, use of IPO proceeds and promoter holdings.
The split between a fresh issue and an offer for sale also matters.
Fresh-issue money generally goes to the company for purposes disclosed in the offer documents.
Money raised through an offer for sale goes to existing selling shareholders rather than directly to the company.
Investors should also compare IPO valuations with listed peers where appropriate.
Busy Week Could Test Investor Appetite
With 16 IPOs targeting more than ₹7,190 crore, India’s primary market now faces an important test.
Large offerings from Rentomojo, Kanohar Electricals, Karamtara Engineering and Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions will compete with several smaller issues for investor attention.
Strong subscription numbers could reinforce confidence in the IPO market.
However, selective demand would signal that investors are becoming more valuation-conscious after the recent run of public offerings.
Either way, September 7 to September 11 is shaping up as a crucial week for India’s primary market.
