Young Engineers Should Match Industry Expectations : CMD NTPC

The batch comprises engineers from C&I, Mechanical and Electrical stream from various states across the country.  He highlighted the changing scenario of the power sector and stressed on how the new trainees must equip themselves to match the industry expectations by enhancing communication and technical skills Shri A.K. Jha, Director (Technical),  Shri U P Pani, Director (HR) and Shri S.C. Pandey, Director(Projects) spoke on the rich legacy of the company, its ambitious target of achieving 1,28,000 MW by 2032.  They highlighted that NTPC is a learning organisation and as power professionals, the executive trainees must be committed to the vision of becoming the largest power sector in the world, must serve in the projects and demonstrate their capability of delivering results efficiently in changing business scenario. Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury presented certificates and medals to the Executive Trainees who excelled in the 2013 batch. Shri Shubham Bansal,ET-2013 batch posted in Rihand was awarded the Star Gold ET of the batch.
