Works increased people’s faith in the government
INVC NEWS Ranchi, In the last 4 years, the government has done such developmental work which was not done in the past 67 years. These works has increased people’s faith in the government and to keep that faith intact, this event has been organized. Hon'ble Chief Minister Raghubar Das was speaking at the Janchaupal’ organized at Kadbindha village of the Susunia Panchayat of Ramgarh block. While addressing the people at the Janchaupal, the Chief Minister, said that the government is working to fulfill the dream of Veer Sido Kanhu, Chand Bhairav, Phoolo Jhano and make Santhal Pargana as they dreamt of, so the poor people can live their life with dignity. For the first time, the Central and the State Government have worked together to honour women. Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana, toilet facilities, power, irrigation etc has reached to poor. The resolution of the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is to give benefit of welfare scheme to the last person of the society. Present government is working to fulfill the aim for which Jharkhand state was formed by doing developmental work. The Chief Minister said that four years ago, only 18 percent of the houses had toilets. But in these 4 years with the help of Jal Sahia, Sakhi Mandal Jharkhand has been made ODF. The Honorable Prime Minister dreamed that on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Bapu, we would give tribute of clean India to Bapu. But Jharkhand did this before the stipulated time frame. The Chief Minister said that in the year 13-14, the agricultural growth rate was -4.5 per cent, which has now become 14 per cent. The Chief Minister said that by 2019, not only urban but rural areas will also get uninterrupted power supply. The construction work of 80 grid and 257 substations is underway. He said that since January 2019, arrangements for separate feeder have been made for farmers. The Chief Minister said that work is being done to bring pure drinking water in every household through pipeline till 2022. He said that women's contribution in the development of the state is important. Now women can register property upto 50 lakh rupees in one rupee. Jharkhand is the first state in the country where this facility is available for women. So far, one lakh twelve thousand women have registered property in her name. Centre is running ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ and state is running ‘Pehle Padhai, Fir Vidaai’ along with that in the state for women. The Government is going to run the Chief Minister Sukanya Yojna from January 2019 through the scheme, money will be sent through DBT directly on the account of the beneficiary. Government will give incentives for admission in class 1, 6, 9 and 11 to prevent dropouts. The Chief Minister said that to eliminate poverty in the Santhal Pargana, agriculture has to be developed in the form of industry. He said that the farmers of the state are going to Israel to learn the advanced techniques. The government is going to send 100 farmers to Israel, which will include female farmers too. By learning techniques like drip irrigation, our farmers will be able to produce more in low cost. The Chief Minister said that today there is a demand for organic product across the country. Yoga guru Baba Ramdev had announced in the Global Agriculture and Food Summit organized in Ranchi that Patanjali will purchase organic honey. Organic cluster will be made in every district. Soon, agricultural scientists and experts will train farmers. He said that the government is going to set up a Green Revolutionary Company for farmers. The Chief Minister said that youths of the state should work in milk production, they will be provided cow on 50% subsidy. Produced milk will be procured by Milk Federation Society. Cows are also being provided to the women of the state for 90% subsidy. During the Janchaupal, women metioned about lack of teachers. The Chief Minister said that 18 thousand teachers have been appointed. These teachers will be appointed in Model School and High School so that children get quality education. In the Janchaupal, Chief Minister announced 1 lakh rupees from Chief Minister's discretionary fund for the treatment of divyang Kamlesh Rai son of Guddi Devi. For another case the Chief Minister directed the DC for the treatment of 14-year-old child. The State Government is making provision of Rs 2 crore for the welfare of Divyang. By organizing the camp at the block level, divyangs will be given benefit. Roshni Devi from Ramgarh mentioned about lack of Doctors. The Chief Minister said that the state government has laid the foundation stone for the construction of 5 medical colleges now 1200 students will become doctors. Under the Ayushman India, Government is giving health insurance up to 5 lakh rupees to beneficiary. A farmer mentioned about the drought and compensation. On this, the Chief Minister said that Santhal Pargana has been declared drought. The state government will spend on 800 crores for this. Also, the crop insurance will be given in the beneficiary account through DBT. 5 thousand ponds will be constructed for water harvesting.
