Russia has seized 113 planes of this company. The company was able to recover 22 jets and 3 engines before they were confiscated by the Russian authorities. It has also filed an insurance claim to recover the lost aircraft. However, some of those claims are with Russian insurance companies. AirCap has stated that the timing and amount of any recovery under these policies is uncertain.
