Vigilance Awareness Week at Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (REC) has been observed from 31st October, 2016 to 5th November, 2016. During the week, REC has administered Vigilance pledge, conducted Essay writing and Debate competitions and organised one day workshop for its employees at REC Corporate office, New Delhi. It has also arranged various programmes like Elocution/ Debate, Poem competitions in three colleges (Gargi College, Sri Aurobindo College, and College of Vocational Studies) and two schools (KendriyaVidyalaya, PragatiVihar and SarvodayaVidyalaya, JorBagh) in Delhi. Programmes were also organised in REC’s Subsidiaries, Zonal Offices and Project Offices spread across the country. Valedictory function of Vigilance Awareness Week was organised in REC Corporate office on 04.11.2016. The function was well attended by senior management and employees of REC.
