Skill Development Training under CSR for unemployed youth was inaugurated by Ms. Veena Swaroop (Director – HR) at CRISP Bhopal here today . The Skill Development Trainings are conducted by Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP), in association with JBM Skill Development Centre in Faridabad. Around 100 12th pass, school drop outs, SC, ST, OBC and BPL Category trainees mostly from rural background hailing from 6 different States, are getting trained in the area of Welding Technology. The objective of the training is to provide Technical Skills to Marginalised & Weaker Section of the Society, provide them employment opportunities & bring them into main stream of the Society.
The training was inaugurated by Director – HR, EIL in presence of Sr. Officers from EIL, CRISP and JBM Group. Director, in her speech guided all young trainees who are on threshold of making career & ready to join industry, on quality of work, dignity of profession and continuous enhancement of learning & qualifications.

She had wished all the youth for their prosperous future, interacting with individual trainees. Participants expressed that the training is excellent, useful & will help them in getting livelihood. There were trainees from Tripura, Mandla (M.P.) & remotest part of the Country who has never thought of coming to Delhi & take training.  Few trainees shared their experiences and gave feedback of trainings shown all praise for EIL & CRISP.  Director HR expressed her full satisfaction and wishes to start remaining training with more female candidates to participants.

In the inauguration function, officials from EIL including, Mr. Adil Feroze, General Manager (Corporate Services), Mr. Sandeep Samajdar, Dy. GM (CSR) were also present. Earlier, Mr. Shrikant Bansal, COO CRISP, welcomed the guests and gave brief about CRISP & CRISP expertise in such kind of trainings.

Mr. R.K. Sharma, Head, JBM Skill Development Centre briefed about salient feature of the training.  Mr. Rajesh Maheshwari, AGM & Chief Marketing Officer co-ordinated the inaugural programme and express gratitude towards EIL for sponsoring training including all expenses of the participants.  The training is of 3 months duration comprising of 6 weeks class room & 6 weeks on-the-job training.
