The special package on offer at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz for the Polo World Cup on Snow is the ideal opportunity to experience these powerful and nimble polo ponies closes up galloping through the snow as some of the world’s best polo players compete for tournament victory. The package includes not only the grandstand tickets for the two days of the event but also three nights‘ accommodation in a junior suite or suite with breakfast buffet and Carlton dinner every evening at the fine dining Romanoff Restaurant as well as a classic full-body massage at the Carlton Spa, the only Leading Spa in this high-alpine valley. White Turf – horse racing on snow  :  The frozen lake of St. Moritz is also the thrilling venue on three Sundays in February when fine thoroughbreds and international jockeys compete in the legendary horse race set in the winter landscape of the Engadin. The traditional White Turf event has been held in St. Moritz for 105 years and is widely regarded as the season’s social highlight. In addition to the classic gallop and trotting races there are also exciting Skijoring races where skiers are pulled by rider-less thoroughbreds at speeds of up to 50 km/h along the 2700 m course.
