These four banks have increased the interest on FDs and RDs by up to 0.75%. HDFC Bank has increased the interest on RD by 0.50% and Axis Bank by 0.75% on FD.
HDFC Bank’s new rate is applicable from October 11. Now he will give interest up to 6.10% on RD.
Axis Bank has increased the interest on FDs by 0.75% to 6.20%. The new rate is applicable from October 14. Equitas Small Finance Bank has increased interest rates on savings accounts, FDs and RDs. SBI has increased interest rates on FDs of all tenors by up to 0.20 per cent.
The new rates will be applicable on FDs below Rs 2 crore. According to the bank, the increased rates are applicable from October 15, 2022. The bank has increased the interest rates on retail term deposits after a gap of two months.
