Owing to the ongoing efforts for recovery of defaulting amount and checking theft of electricity, the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam received ever high monthly revenue of Rs. 553.27 crore as against Sale of Power (SOP) during the month of October last. While stating this a spokesman of the DHBVN said here today that the Nigam received Rs. 582 crore as Remittance in Banks (RIB) during last month, out of which, Rs. 553.27 crore was the revenue against SOP which is ever high and higher by Rs. 6.21 crore than the revenue received during the month of September, 2012. He said that the Operation Circle Gurgaon earned highest monthly revenue of Rs. 240 crore followed by Faridabad Rs.158 crore, Hisar Rs. 59 crore, Rewari Rs. 32 crore, Sirsa Rs.27 crore, Bhiwani Rs. 26 crore and Operation Circle Narnaul Rs. 13 crore.
