The fittest actress in Bollywood – Bipasha Basu in association with Shemaroo unveiled her second fitness DVD and Blu Ray, the much talked about – BreakFree at Reliance Digital, R City Mall, Ghatkopar. Having successfully launched her first fitness DVD “Fit and Fabulous” ,a set of sure shot circuit training routines that aim to sculpt and tone bodies, the actress and fitness aficionado is back with her second series titled “BreakFree” , a dance workout designed to help people shed the pounds while having fun. Looking at breaking the monotony of regular workouts, Bipasha Basu gives her passion for fitness an enjoyable twist with “BreakFree” ,a DVD that combines an interesting combination of both her hobbies ,dance and exercise aimed at having you dance your way to a fitter more chiseled you.
