Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), Chandigarh organized a preview to display the finer intricate details of the exclusive garments prepared by the students for the forthcoming Fashion Show ‘INIFD Designer Medley 2013’. The INIFD Annual Passing out Fashion Show will feature a bouquet of 22 collections dreamt & executed by Designer students under the able guidance of world class faculty as part of their passing out project for B.Sc. Degree and Diploma Program in Fashion Design. The Designer collection of the INIFD Annual Fashion Show will be displayed by the top models at their passing out graduating fashion show. Before top models of the country set the ramp on fire at the INIFD Designer Medley 2013, the designer students modeled their aesthetically designed creations at the Fashion Preview exclusively choreographed by the students. The presentation of 9 collections displayed unique and inimitable traditional & western outfits. This special preview gave the insight of all the technicalities of designing, construction and emphasized on the intricate details of the Designer garments prepared by the INIFD Students. Classy, stylish looks of the head turning outfits were inspired by various themes selected by the designer students after extensive research. A medley of varied innovative styles along with props, avant-garde accessories all of which have been painstakingly prepared by the students with great efforts and hard work and these exclusive designs will be gracefully flaunted by Bollywood – TV stars & top models at the forthcoming Fashion Show. The Annual Fashion presentation is a sneak peak into the superlative creativity of the INIFD students who have designed these collections as an essential part of their curriculum. The final 22 collections at Annual passing out Fashion Show will display designer students’ innovative creations in a very classy and stylish blazing look which will be a great exciting experience for the audience. The INIFD Student Designers showcased their Designer collections and created silhouettes in impressive fabrics and exciting colours with exquisite embroidery details and different printing techniques by giving their flight of imagination a distinct vision. The inspiration has been taken from vivid concepts like the A-Dollism, Cabbage Curls, Royalty under construction, Fold Unfold inspired by Origami, The secret garden, Jugni Mast Kalandar and many more. The Designer garments emphasise glamour, traditional dose of Fashion, ethnic wear, vintage designs, lehangas, resort look with free flowing silhouettes, frilly dresses, mesmerizing gowns, beautiful drapes, embellished with exquisite laser cut work, layering of the fabrics, digital printing creating a magical aura. The highlight of the presentation of creative garments by INIFD student designers draws aspiration from varied themes and well coordinated accessories to compliment the look as per the themes is a sincere attempt to define fashion as an artistic appearance of the personality. INIFD Designer Medley 2013 is a presentation of 22 designer rounds with the spectacular creative effort of passing out budding designers of INIFD showcasing the most innovative and unforgettable fashion concepts. The INIFD Annual Fashion Show is a much awaited mega event held to display the creative attributes which the students have acquired throughout the year. It gives a major boost to the upcoming designers and provides the students an opportunity to excel in the Fashion and Design industry.
