Mumbai : Tata Power Limited, a company under the Tata Group, has emerged as the most preferred employer in the country, according to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2023. The annual report, released by Randstad India, a HR service provider, reveals that Tata Power secured the top position due to its strong financial stability, reputation, and opportunities for career growth. This marks a significant improvement for the company, as it was ranked ninth in the previous year.
Amazon, the e-commerce giant, and Tata Steel secured the second position in the rankings. This is the first time Amazon has made it to the top three. The report highlights that employees are drawn to companies that offer a good work-life balance, possess a positive reputation, provide attractive salary packages, and offer various benefits. Women, in particular, prioritize work-life balance when choosing companies to work for. The study also found that 91 percent of employees surveyed believed that companies allowing part-time work and additional income jobs make the job more appealing.
Overall, the Tata Group has garnered significant recognition as an attractive employer, with Tata Power leading the way in terms of employee preference.
