To solve this perplexed state of the viewers, the 2nd Edition of Swaad Aa Gaya was recently launched by Zee Punjabi with the promise of Sehat Naal Swaad.

It truly expresses the flavours of the food – Scrumptious & healthy delicacies from various parts of India, everything one looks for is in the second season. The highlight is the tips from the Dieticians, Doctors and Health consultants who recommend healthy recipes to strike a balance between health and taste.
