Supreme Court to Hear Kejriwal’s Petition Against ED’s Actions on 15 April 2024

New Delhi : The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the petition of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, arrested in the liquor policy case. The Supreme Court has fixed April 15 for hearing. It has been told that the bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta will hear the case.

It is noteworthy that earlier the Top Court had refused to give immediate hearing to his petition against the decision of Delhi High Court. Kejriwal has appealed against ED’s arrest and remand. Kejriwal’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi said in the court, the arrest is based on unreliable documents and has been hidden from us. On this, Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said, send the email, I will look into the matter.
