New Delhi : The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the petition of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, arrested in the liquor policy case. The Supreme Court has fixed April 15 for hearing. It has been told that the bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta will hear the case.

It is noteworthy that earlier the Top Court had refused to give immediate hearing to his petition against the decision of Delhi High Court. Kejriwal has appealed against ED’s arrest and remand.
