New Delhi : The petition filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Supreme Court against his arrest was heard for the third day today. However, today also remained inconclusive for Kejriwal’s interim bail. The bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta rose without any decision. It is believed that the court may hear the case next on May 9.

Let us tell you that in the last two hearings before today, the court heard the arguments of Kejriwal’s lawyer and today the court heard the arguments of ED’s lawyer. It is noteworthy that the court itself had said in the last hearing that since it is election time, we can also consider interim bail of Kejriwal. Then ED had said that before taking any decision our side should also be heard. In such a situation, today the court heard the arguments of ED but as some more time was needed, the bench stood up without any decision.
