Students of Trio World school celebrate Diwali through Joy of giving and Spread festive cheer

As part of the Diwali celebration, the Tiny Tots of Trio World School celebrated the festival in a unique way by coming up with a ‘Wall of Kindness’ where the students collected items of daily needs like Clothes, Bed sheets, Quilt, Blanket, Utensils, School bags and Stationery items like Notebooks, pens, pencils, pouches, toiletries etc. These daily essentials were donated to the inmates of Home of Hope (New Ark Mission of India).

The students of grades II, III and V made handmade earthen diyas, candles and floating flower candle holders. They were made aware of the Smokeless Diwali to protect their environment. The small kids were dressed in colorful dresses. The main attraction of the celebration was decoration of Diya’s and colorful Rangolis.

Celebrations were complete with the students visiting Home of Hope and donating items that brought smile on the face of all inmates. It was so satisfying to see the inmates happy.

“Diwali is a festival of buying new things for ourselves, but the students of Trio World Academy believe that sharing doubles the happiness doubles. This is a very noble initiative taken by our teachers and really commendable. We encourage a green Diwali with minimal or no crackers. A small gesture also makes a lot of difference” said Mr. Naveen K M, Managing Director, TRIO World Academy.
