State Government is committed to provide adequate potable water in the rural areas : Kiran Choudhry

Haryana Public Health Engineering Minister, Mrs. Kiran Choudhry today said that the State Government is committed to provide adequate potable water  in the  rural areas and waterworks and boosting stations are being built on priority basis in the villages where sufficient water is not  available. Mrs Choudhry said this while addressing the people after laying the foundation stone of independent waterworks at village Bidhnoi in district Bhiwani today. The waterworks would be constructed at a cost of over Rs.4.45 crore. She also laid the foundation stone of four water works at villages Sindhwa, Morkan, Matani and Sainiwas in the district. These water works would be established with more than Rs.2.54 crore, Rs.1.63 crore, Rs.3.15 crore and Rs.1.36 crore respectively. The people of these villages would get 70 litre per person per day drinking water after the completion of these water works.  Mrs. Choudhry said that former Chief Minister Ch. Bansi Lal and former Agriculture Minister, Ch. Surender Singh had a special attachment with the people of this area. She assured that no stone would be left unturned to realize their dreams of development. She lauded the efforts of Member of Parliament, Ms Shruti Choudhry for doing a significant job by getting included frost loss in the list of natural calamity.     The Minister said that a mammoth rally would be organized to celebrate the birth anniversary of Ch. Surender Singh at Tosham on November 17, 2012. Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Central Minister would also address the rally. She invited people to reach in maximum number in the rally and make it a big success.
