SSC Recruitment 2023: Recruitment for more than 11 thousand posts for 10th pass in MTS exam

Big news for lakhs of candidates preparing for SSC MTS Exam 2023 and waiting for SSC Recruitment 2023. The Staff Selection Commission has announced the recruitment of more than 11 thousand posts from the year 2022 edition of the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havildar (CBIC and CBN) examination conducted every year.

Along with this ,the Commission has also released the notification for SSC MTS Exam 2022 on 18 January 2023 and has started the application process, the last date of which is 17 February.

SSC has announced recruitment of 10,880 posts of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) under Group C in Central Departments, Offices, Authorities, etc. as well as Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics through MTS and Havildar exam. Notification is out for the recruitment of 529 posts of Havildar in (CBN). The prescribed educational qualification for these posts is 10th pass, which can apply for a total of 11,409 posts to be filled through SSC MTS exam 2022.

SSC MTS Exam 2023 Scheme & Syllabus

Before applying for SSC MTS Exam 2022-23 candidates must go through the eligibility criteria as well as exam scheme and syllabus. As per the notification released by the Commission, in the first phase Computer Based Examination (CBE) will be conducted for both the posts of Multi Tasking Staff and Havildar. There will be two sessions of 45-45 minutes each in this exam. In the first session, there will be 20 questions on Numerical Ability and Mathematical Ability and 20 questions on Reasoning Ability and Problem Solving. Whereas in session 2 there will be 25 questions from General Awareness and 25 questions from English Language and Comprehension.

All these questions will be objective type and candidates will have to choose the correct one from the given options. There will be no negative marking in session 1 of the exam, while in session 2, 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. Please tell that for every correct answer you will get 3 marks.
