New Delhi,
The hub of innovation, ShopClues, India’s first and largest managed marketplace has announced an exclusive launch of Inovu i7 mobile phone on its platform in India. The phone is by far the most affordable mobile phone in India, at just INR 349 only.

Inovu i7 is being launched amongst the growing awareness around digital India and internet penetration through mobile phone revolution in India. The aim of the brand is to encourage digitisation through mobile phone adoption, especially in its target markets – the tier 2, 3 and beyond markets of Bharat. With the tagline, ‘A Phone for every Home’ or ‘Ab mobile hoga sabke paas’, the brand aims to push for a digital revolution amongst the next 100 million consumers of India.

The Inovu i7 comes with a 1.44 inch monochrome display, 32+64MB Memory, and supports both Hindi and English languages. Apart from this, it also has a torch feature and supports FM Radio, all powered by a 600 mAh Li-Ion battery. The phone has a stand-by time of upto 5-6 days and has talk time of 4 hours. The brand has over 350 service centres across India.

At the launch, Nitin Kochhar, Sr. VP – Categories, ShopClues, said, “The launch of Inovu i7 is in line with our constant efforts to encourage digitisation in Bharat – the tier 2, 3 and beyond cities and towns of India. The power-packed feature phone will ensure that every household in India has at least one mobile phone and can be a part of the digital revolution in India. While big brands focus on tier 1 markets, the real India gets left out, with few affordable options to choose from. ShopClues aims to change that by making these phones available to the farthest corners of the country so that everyone can live the dream of owning their own mobile phones.”

The exclusive launch comes as part of the Maha Bharat Diwali Sale, which will be running on the platform from September 20 through September 28, 2017.
