Shemaroo Entertainment, the leading aggregator and distributor in India, releases the sequel of the super hit Movie Bheja Fry – Bheja Fry 2 in overseas territories. The film is produced by Mukul Deora and directed by Sagar Ballary, who also directed the first movie.
After the stupendous success of the first film, Bheja Fry 2 is expected to bring back the hilarious style of the original idiot – Vinay Pathak who gave you good belly laughs in Bheja Fry. A team of new cast is ready again to knock into the life our adorable idiot ‘Bharat Bhushan’ and drive you crazy with their humorous punches. Vinay Pathak, Minissha Lamba ,Amole Gupte, Kay Kay Menon, Suresh Menon, M.T. Shekharan, Rahul Vohra, Aditi Govitrikar, Rahul Singh, Virendra Saxena, form the part of the cast.
Shemroo Entertainment plans to release the movie on 17th June’11 across different theatres world wide excluding India, Bhutan, and Sikkim. The company owns all commercial and non-commercial rights of Exhibition, distribution and exploitation except the earlier mentioned territories.
Hiren Gada, Director, Shemaroo Entertainment shares his thoughts on the occasion “Bheja Fry was very well received by the audience world wide. In fact people are waiting for the sequel to catch the desi spunk on the foreign land. We are sure that Bheja Fry 2 will do even better than its first movie.” He adds “Other than traditional medium, we are also planning to monetize the movie on newer and emerging platforms like IPTV, mobile and internet in long term.”
