On the information of non-availability of girls’ toilets in Jamtara College, secretary to the CM Sunil Kumar Burnwal was very cross with the departmental officers. He said why the department did not work responsibly. He ordered to form a team and   investigate why the college did not give any proposal for it and other relevant points in the last ten years.

Regarding   not providing mid-day meal in Upgraded Middle School, Saria Khurd, Giridih, he came to know from  Giridih DSE Mr. Mahmood Alam that the president of local Sarswatiwahini has been removed.  The secretary said sternly why action should not be taken against the DSE  since he does not have control over his  subordinates  and has no idea  why mid-day meal is not given to students in a  school under his jurisdiction.

He directed to take action on the guilty for not giving poshahar in  Harijantola aanganbari Kendra of Parwa Chechori village in Palamu. He directed to issue show cause notice to CO regarding encroachment of govt. land by Mr. Mophil Paswan of Dhodhri Raddy, Godda.

Regarding non- operation of Aanganbari center at ward no. 13,   Napokhurd, Barka-Gaon, Hazaribag  due to   resignation of Aanganbari worker ,  Mr. Burnwal  said that a worker should be appointed within 15 days for smooth running of the center. Moreover, he said to give report of the COs who were posted in the related block as to why they did not plan to take any action when the Rani Dighi govt. pond, Pakur was being encroached by the people.  He directed the district administration to contact  UDD for making the pond encroachment free and its  beautification.  He directed the DDC to ensure that the MGNAREGA work should not  be hindered in Balumath, Latehar. He said that the DDC will have to make an explanation if mediator-ship does not stop. He was told from Argora Housing Colony that contractual workers in  are not given maternity leave under DRDA service act,2009. The Secretary said that it should be ensured as per the act.
