Yes and at this time there is peace and positivity in the mind, brain and environment. Keep in mind that it is always considered appropriate to recite it after bath and with a calm mind. Along with this, while reciting, one should not pay attention to things here and there, nor should one get up again and again for any work.
Always choose a clean place for reciting Shrimad Bhagwat Gita and recite it sitting on a seat. With this, before and after starting each chapter, do touch the lotus feet of Lord Shri Krishna and Gita. In fact, it is a belief that if Shrimad Bhagwat Gita is recited following these rules, then a person gets special virtue.
