As we approach the end of the year, New Year resolutions seem like a great way to take note of last year and set goals for the upcoming one. The beginning of a Naya Saal also brings newer possibilities in our professional life. With office being our second home, team members and bosses also become our second family. From pushing us to work harder, the regular conflicts to helping us grow in our work, they influence us in our future career decisions. And if we ever get a superhero boss, it feels like we’ve hit the jackpot. We may not agree on similar things, but they definitely have a huge impact on us. Celebrating this love – hate relationship between employees and their managers, The Viral Fever’s (TVF) latest show Cubicles highlights every champion sitting behind their office cubicles.

TVF’s popular actress, Nidhi Bisht who is seen playing the role of Megha Asthana, is a mindful team leader and knows how to get her work done but is also the senior you’d want. Sharing her own personal experience in the corporate life, Nidhi quipped, “Fortunately for me, I have had an extremely great stint at the corporate life before I joined the creative field. But such is not the case for everyone, who may not have seen eye to eye with their bosses on a lot of topics. Speaking from my own experience, be it an understanding boss or a pain in your head, they are definitely going to be the reason for giving a boost to one’s career.”

Every individual starting their first job will have their own share of the ups and downs, first working weekend and the various exciting aspects that the corporate world has to offer. Adding further on insights into her own character, Nidhi said, “I play the role of a team leader, who is not your typical khadoos boss rather she’s more considerate towards her team members. Setting itself apart from the mainstream depictions of office space as an existential dread, the storyline of Cubicles is unique because it shows the brighter side of the 9 to 5 corporate life.”

Cubicles chronicles the story of Piyush Prajapati, played by Abhishek Chauhan, a passionate young IT professional about his new job and looks at the positive side of his work life. Commending their efforts, TVF’s Cubicles captures the true essence of having a full-time job with its relatable and highly engaging content. Striking an instant chord with its viewers.
