It was during the shooting of mumbai -125km that a scene was shot where the car meets with an accident and it catches fire and the actor Rajeev Anand and Veena Malik are trapped in it , as Rajeev had heard about actors doing their own stunts he went ahead and said I will do it and also he wanted to experience the thrill but as the interiors of the car – leather and soft top in inside started burning it became hot since car was tilted and his shirt caught fire and camera was slightly away so no one could hear him so he was coming out burning and veena was petrified despite his shirt having caught fire he managed to pacify veena and bring her out safely and everyone was clapping but some snag the shot was to be reshot and this time he explained what happened and Veena refused to shoot since she got petrified and but Rajeev and director comforted
