Rahul Gandhi is preparing to leave the Bharat jodo yatra and come to Delhi .After the election of the Congress President, the movement for the posts in the party has intensified. The new chairman Mallikarjun Kharge will formally take over on October 26. It is reported that along with this, he is preparing for a big change at the organizational level in the Congress. However, nothing has been said officially by the party regarding this.

According to media reports, after assuming the post, Kharge will reform several departments, including the Congress Working Committee. Apart from this, senior leaders, including general secretaries and secretaries, will choose a new team in the All India Congress Committee. Now the leaders have intensified the activities for the General Secretary (Organization) in AICC.

Presently, this post is being held by KC Venugopal. In media reports, it is being told by quoting sources that due to the president being from South India, this post can be given to North Indian. Chances are being raised that Kharge may convene a plenary session of the AICC by the end of this year. The special thing is that during that time the elections of CWC are to be held, in which 12 members will be elected. Around 1400 members of the AICC will elect the CWC members.

It is also being said that Kharge will also make appointments to the top posts of AICC to bring his team together in the CWC elections. The 23-member CWC plays the most important role in decision making in the party. Its 12 members will be elected. Whereas, 11 will be nominated. The members attending the plenary session will be elected by the members. Rahul Gandhi, who is involved in the ‘Jodo India’ journey from Kanyakumari to Jammu and Kashmir, is also preparing to leave the padyatra and come to Delhi.
