Raghubar Das inaugurates newly built circuit house at Chatra, repeats his commitment for development & transparency

Ranchi, Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that the villagers will determine the development of their villages. Now high officials of the govt. are going to the villages and designing & determining the mode  of development with the people of the  village. Addressing the people of Hafua village in Chatra on Yojana Banao Abhiyan, the CM said that the developmental schemes of villages will be ensured by the villagers. He inaugurated the newly built circuit house also on  way to it. The CM said that survey of  Indira Aawas will be conducted & all homeless villagers will be given home by 2016.  If someone asks for bribe, people should call at 181. The matter will be probed within 24 hours. The villagers have to be positive & optimistic. Three lac homes have been selected to be given the facility of toilets by 2019. Rs. 12,000 will be given to each selected house owner for building the toilet. Bench Desks will be given to all schools by March 2017. Up-to-date laboratories will be built in all high schools of the state & 10,000 teachers will be appointed to impart quality education. Teachers have been given 5 day special training to impart quality education in the schools. 406 doctors have been appointed in the state. He said that all B.Sc. pass students will be trained in degree/ diploma and connected with ANM. Moreover, conflict & addiction-free villages will be given Rs. 1 lac award. All villages will be made high-tech by December 2016. In order to get people skilled for  self-employment, skill development training will be given in all areas after every 6 months. He said that now the schemes will be made at lower level on the priority of the villagers.  Laying stress on water conservation, child education, skill development & self-employment, he told that ration cards will be made for all the families of the state. The villagers conveyed the CM with their problems. The CM said that food processing centers & tomato production are being promoted in the state. The poor will be given cows free of cost & the capable with subsidy. Health Minister Mr. Ramchandra Chandravanshi, Principal Secretary, Labour & Employment Department Mrs. Mridula Sinha, Chatra DC & other officers were present on this occasion.
