Present govt accelerated the pace of infrastructural development

Haryana Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Mr Karan Dev Kamboj said that the present government led by Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has worked with the spirit of Haryana Ek, Haryanvi Ek and has proved that this government does not belong to any particular region, class or category rather it is for all the people of the state. During the tenure of ten years of previous government, there was resentment among people for carrying out biased development works.

The Minister said that in the four years of present government, the Chief Minister has so far made about 6,000 announcements of worth crores of rupees by visiting all the constituencies and understanding the situation. Out of these announcements, 80 per cent have been completed and remaining would also be completed in time, it is a record in itself, he added.

He said that the present state government has not only promoted  all round development in the state but has also accelerated the pace of modern and infrastructural development. The spirit of social and cultural has also been encouraged among the people.

He said that Gau Sewa Ayog was constituted, Gau Abhyaran was established and prohibited cow slaughter in the state. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaigns  has successful  improved the sex ratio in the state and under Swacch Bharat Mission, Haryana was also awarded for its excellent contributions in cleanliness by the Government of India.

He said that the Chief Minister has made a lot of efforts to end corruption and bring transparency at the administrative level. Digitalization of many public services, e-Seva, E-Tendering and others has curbed corruption. Now, government jobs are being given on the basis of merit. The state government has also worked for the welfare of farmers. The compensation amount has also been increased to Rs 12,000 per acre, in case of loss of crops. By launching Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana, the state government has made farming risk-free for farmers, he added.
