Cairo, Egypt : Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a state visit to America. The Indian Prime Minister, who went to the US at the invitation of President Joe Biden, will visit Egypt on his return. PM Modi will also visit the Al Hakim Mosque in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
Giving this information, Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra said that the Prime Minister will pay a state visit to Egypt from June 24 to 25 where he will discuss strengthening relations between the two countries and expanding cooperation in new areas of business and economic cooperation.
Kwatra further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is making this visit at the invitation of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. Al-Sisi attended India’s Republic Day celebrations as the chief guest and at the same time invited the prime minister to visit Egypt.
