Modi is addressing the first meeting in Mungeli. Modi started his address with Jai Johar. He said that Congress is in ruins. There is misgovernance in the state.

Now the Congress government has played for only a few days.

While addressing the Vijay Sankalp Maharally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that I heartily thank the people of Chhattisgarh for voting heavily in favor of BJP in the first phase. Today I especially want to express my gratitude to the women and youth of Chhattisgarh. I want to respectfully salute his decision, his faith in BJP, his attachment towards BJP. He said that the journalist friends and political analysts who come from Delhi proudly say that the Chief Minister (Bhupesh Baghel) himself is losing in Chhattisgarh.

Congress has bad governance in Chhattisgarh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there is an end to the misrule of Congress in Chhattisgarh. In the first phase, Congress is defeated, in the second phase, Congress is in decline, it has become clear from the first phase of voting that Congress is leaving Chhattisgarh. I assure you that the penance you are doing in the sun, I will not let your penance go in vain. I guarantee that I will return you development for your tenacity.

Dedicated people in Congress are on edge

Modi said that the old dedicated people in Congress are sitting on the sidelines today, they too are very angry. They feel that a huge fraud has taken place. When the Congress government was formed in Chhattisgarh, there was an agreement of 2.5-2.5 years for the post of Chief Minister. But in the first 2.5 years itself, the Chief Minister did so much corruption that he accumulated a lot of money and when the 2.5 years were about to complete, he opened the safe for the people of Delhi and bought everyone. The leaders of Delhi were bought and the agreement remained in vain. In view of the assembly elections, the first meeting of the Prime Minister is being held in Mungeli. This meeting has been organized at Jamkuhi Ground, Geedha Bypass. Chhattisgarh BJP President Arun Sao addressed the meeting at the beginning.

Modi arrived to address the village general meeting in Mungeli district in favor of BJP candidate Punnulal Mohale. Being on the border of Mungeli, Patharia and Navagarh assembly constituencies, BJP workers and common people reached here from 9 in the morning. A large number of police forces are deployed in Jamkuhi of Mungeli.

The second meeting of the Prime Minister has been organized at Bemcha ground in Mahasamund. Chhattisgarh BJP has named it Vijay Sankalp Maharally.

It is noteworthy that voting for the first phase of Chhattisgarh assembly elections has taken place. The second phase of voting will be held on November 17. In this, votes will be cast for 70 seats. Counting of votes will be done on December 3.
