Navy Recruitment 2023: 248 tradesmen will be recruited in Naval Armament Depot
Job news for aspirants seeking government jobs in Navy. Indian Navy is going to recruit 248 Tradesman Skilled at Naval Armament Depots located at Mumbai, Karwar, Goa, Visakhapatnam, Rambilly and Sunabed. Notification for this recruitment (No.01/2023/NAD) can be seen in the latest issue of Employment News. At the same time, candidates willing to apply will be able to apply through the application form to be made available on the Indian Navy’s NAD recruitment portal, nad.recttindia.in. The application process will start with the publication of advertisement in Employment News and candidates will be able to apply within 28 days.

Ability
Candidates desirous of applying for the posts of Tradesman in NAD of Navy must have passed Matriculation examination from a recognized Board. Also, the candidates must have acquired two years ITI certificate in the trade related to the vacancies. Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as on the last date of application. However, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, ESM, Divyang, etc.) as per the rules of the Central Government.
Selection Process
Written test will be conducted for selection of candidates for Tradesman Recruitment in NAD. In the exam, questions will be asked from General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, General Awareness and related trade. The language of the examination will be both in English and Hindi except for questions on English and Hindi. Candidates can check the syllabus for these questions in the recruitment notification.
