Nada Sahib Gurudwara gets land for “sarover”

HSIDC allotted the land to the management of gurudwara nada sahib to construct the sarovar as the managing committee has demanded a piece of land measuring 1050 sq.mtrs. The management of gurudwara received the letter from huda today for the same. Mukhtiar Singh, manager of gurudwara nada sahib while talking to INVC said that the sarovar will be constructed with the cost of 20 lakh rupees and it will be completed within three months at the left side of entry to gurudwara with the help of karsewaks. The management will also construct “darshan deodhi” for the devotees within three months along with the dewan hall that will be constructed within six months. Earlier on 16th October, 2012, when chief minister Hooda and his wife Asha Hooda, paid obeisance at the historical Nada Sahib Gurudwara and on that occasion, Hooda announced to allot a piece of land measuring 1050 sq. mtrs. to the Nada Sahib Gurudwara as its managing committee had requested that a piece of land be allotted to construct a “sarover” .  Speaking on the occasion, Hooda said that lakhs of devotees visited this famous Gurudwara and with a view to facilitate such devotees, the land was being given. He said that he always got blessings and inspiration whenever he visits this historical Gurudwara. Hooda said that it was in 1997 that he had launched his “Pad Yatra” from Panchkula to Jind after offering prayers at the Gurudwara Nada Sahib and he had got enough strength to successfully complete his mission. He assured all cooperation of the State Government to Managing Committee of the Gurudwara and said that their other demands would also be considered.
