MP Tourism set up M. P State Tourism Awards

M. P State Tourism Awards have been set up by Madhya Pradesh Tourism to encourage excellence in tourism sector. The entries for these awards to be given in 22 different categories have been invited till coming August 28, 2017. Entries for the awards will be accepted only online.

The categories for excellence in tourism in which awards will be given include Best Tour Operators (National), Best Travel Agent (M.P.), Tourism Transport Operators (M.P.), Bold-Adventurous Tour Operators, Best Hotel/Heritage Hotel, Home Stay, Best Chef of Madhya Pradesh, Convention Centre, Responsible Tourism Project, Best City Award for Civil Management, District Tourism Promotion Council etc. Awards will also be given for Best Tourism Guide of Madhya Pradesh, Unique/Innovative Tourism Project, M.P. Paryatak Mitra Smarak on Social Media, Paryatak Mitra National Park/Sanctuary. Way Side Amenities (WSA), Paryatak Mitra Pilgrimage, Amusement/Water Park, Best Restaurant, Best Craftsperson in Art and Craft, Best Travel Writer/Blogger etc.

It may be noted that the excellence awards have been initiated by M.P Tourism Board with the aim of promoting and honouring innovative and new efforts being made by people/institutes in the tourism sector in the series of efforts being made to make Madhya Pradesh the most favourite and popular tourism spot.
