Wednesday night Sundargarh police found the boday of missing polling officer.who had been missing after the first phase of poll in Sundargarh district of odisha from 10th of april.The polling officer Diwan Mundari (45) of Jobaghat upper primary school was appointed as polling officer for conducting polling at a booth of Sundargarh sadar ( head quarter ) constituency. After completing election duty he had returned with rest of polling officials and submitted report to the returning officer in same day at sundargarh.But he did not return to his home , his family members informed the matter to concern returning officer and local police . After 27 days of search sundargarh police found the body of Diwan mundari in a dicomposed state inside the Podajalang forest of sundargarh.The primary investigation of police says Mudari died because of high consumption of liquor.
