Veritably titled “Balle Balle Aayi Baisakhi”, the second day of the ongoing Baisakhi Festival being organized by the Department of Tourism Chandigarh Administration and PANACHE unraveled by dancing sensation Megna Naidu’s live stunning performance at the Plaza Sector 17.The evening was inaugurated by P.K Srivastava IPS UT in presence of Ram Niwas Home Secretary cum Secretary Tourism and other senior officers of Chandigarh Administration.
Amidst lofty applause Megna opened up the dance recital with a ravishing performance on Kaiyon Ka Chaman ,delineating a unique genre of the art. The evening Coalesced with the foot tapping numbers by dancing sensation. To gel with the fiesta, Megna Sizzled in her dance numbers as she performed on Punjabi hits too. She weaved the majestic evening with a dance on hits like race, its rocking, namak ishq ka, biri jala le, aaja nachle , happening etc. As the evening progressed, the enjoyment and fun among the crowd escalated with the stunning items showcased by Naidu. An avid dancer Meghna rejuvenated the evening with Bollywood dance numbers.
During the evening, a convivial spirit of the Baisakhi was seen with a traditional dance of Punjab. As apart of this Baisakhi festival, the Gidda numbers was another add on feature of today’s Baisakhi carousing, womenfolk were clad in traditional costume and danced with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm toting up color to the festivity.
Meghna Naidu a Telugu girl, born in Vijayawada bought up in Mumbai. She started her Modelling profession in Mumbai, where she happened to do Kaliyon Ka Chaman video. And with this song she climbs the ladders of popularity. She has done more than 20 films in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu etc. She was also seen in “Khatron Ke Khiladi” with Akshay Kumar, performing deadly stunts.
