Chandigarh : The Political turmoil continues in Haryana. In this turmoil, Chief Minister Manohar Lal has resigned from the post of Chief Minister. Along with this, his cabinet has also resigned in the meeting held in Chandigarh. In such a situation, the one who is now in the race for the post of Chief Minister is Kurukshetra MP Nayab Singh Saini.

Naib Singh Saini belongs to Other Backward Class (OBC) and he is MP from Kurukshetra. Naib Singh is also considered close to Chief Minister Manohar Lal. He started his political journey with BJP as an ally of Bharatiya Janata Party in the year 1996 and worked together till the year 2000. After this, in the year 2002, he became the District General Secretary of Yuva Morcha Bharatiya Janata Party Ambala. After this, he became the District President of Yuva Morcha Bharatiya Janata Party in the year 2005.
Has been MP from Kurukshetra
Nayaab Singh held the post of State General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party Kisan Morcha, Haryana in 2009. In the year 2012, he was the District President of Bharatiya Janata Party. In 2014, Nayaab became MLA from Narayan Garh Assembly and then in 2015, he became Minister of State in the Haryana Government. He was Kurukshetra MP in the year 2019. Now he is holding the post of BJP State President in Haryana.
