Bigg Boss ex-contestant Mandana Karimi has announced to quit Bollywood. Mandana took this decision after the inclusion of filmmaker Sajid Khan, who was trapped in the allegations of MeToo, as a contestant in Bigg Boss 16. Many actresses including Mandana are not liking the decision to include Sajid in Bigg Boss. Mandana had accused Sajid of sexual harassment during the MeToo movement.
In an interview to the media, Mandana expressed her disappointment over Sajid’s participation in the Bigg Boss show and said that she no longer wants to work in an industry where there is no respect for women. Mandana also said that she is absolutely shocked that Sajid is not making any difference to the allegations against him.
Mandana further said in her interview, “Life has become such for people that if they are getting benefit from something or getting money, then they do not care. Industry is a place where someone is someone’s mother, boyfriend. Is it a girlfriend or a husband. It is something that you mean to me, I will mean to you.”
This Iranian actress told in her interview that she has not worked in any Bollywood project in the last seven months – “I don’t want to work in Bollywood because I don’t want to join an industry where there is no respect for women.
