Visitors coming to visit the world famous Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple will not be able to enter the sanctum sanctorum between April 3 and April 10. This major change has been made regarding the story of Pandit Pradeep Mishra. This information was given by Ujjain Collector Kumar Purushottam during the meeting organized regarding the arrangements to be made in Shri Mahakaleshwar temple before the story of Pandit Pradeep Mishra.

 

The collector told that between April 4 and April 10, the Shivpuran story of Pt. Pradeep Mishra of Sehore is being organized at the vacant place just before Murlipura. During this, a big change has been made in the easy darshan system for the devotees coming for darshan in Mahakaleshwar temple.

While giving instructions in the meeting, the collector said that the darshan arrangements should be done according to the way it was done during Mahashivaratri. Arrangements will be made for parking at Bhil Dharamshala and Karkaraj as per earlier. Visitors from Mahakal Lok should be brought to Mansarovar by taking them through barricading. There should be provision of drinking water at 8 places in the barricading. Shoe stand, lighting, parking, arrangements for drinking water and installation of CCTV cameras will also be done like Mahashivaratri. CCTV cameras should also be installed at Narsingh Ghat. The movement of devotees should be continuously monitored from the control room through CCTV cameras.

prepare temporary hospital

Collector Kumar Purushottam instructed that holdup should be prepared at Bhuki Mata and Shankaracharya intersection in case of large number of visitors. Instructions have been given to deploy five teams of health department in Mahakal Lok and Mahakaleshwar temple premises. Instructions have been given to prepare a temporary hospital of 5 beds. 100% work of barricading should be completed by PWD by April 2. Instructions have been given by the Municipal Corporation to arrange drinking water, electricity, cleanliness and temporary toilets at the places identified for parking.

There will be darshan in eight lines

The Collector has ordered that the rules should be strictly followed in the no-vehicle zone. 10 cranes should be deployed to lift the said vehicles by crane at unauthorized vehicle parking or vehicle entry. Home guards have been instructed to deploy SDRF teams at various bathing ghats, boats, swimmers to be present with equipment. The Food Safety Officer should stay in the restaurant and get the food prepared after testing it under his supervision. Darshan should be done in Mahakaleshwar temple in eight lines.
