The havoc of Corona is increasing continuously in China, due to which the lockdown had to be imposed here, due to which the industries are getting affected a lot. Tesla CEO and world’s richest man Elon Musk is losing billions due to China’s lockdown. Elon Musk has said Tesla’s new factories in Germany and the US are losing billions of dollars due to battery shortages and supplies in China. Elon Musk described both of his factories as furnaces that burn money.

Strict lockdowns were imposed this year due to the spreading outbreak of the corona virus in China. Due to the Kovid-19 in Shanghai city, which is called the industrial capital of China, a strict lockdown was implemented due to the zero covid policy. Tesla has a large factory in Shanghai itself. Due to the lockdown, the construction work here became completely difficult. Tesla car batteries and cars are manufactured in Shanghai’s factory. This factory has the capacity to manufacture 2500 cars a day. Elon Musk has also warned of layoffs in recent weeks.

According to the report, Elon Musk said, ‘The factories in Berlin (Germany) and Austin (USA) are big furnaces that burn money. Here only the sound of money burning is heard. He further said, “At present these plants are losing billions of dollars. These factories are incurring huge expenditure and hardly any production. Elon Musk said the gigafactories that opened earlier this year are struggling to ramp up production.

The Tesla site in Austin currently produces a small number of cars. This is because some parts of their batteries are stuck in a port in China and there is no one to bring them from there. Musk said that it can heal rapidly, but it requires a lot of attention. He said that the closure of Shanghai is very difficult for Tesla. PLC/GT
