Apart from this, last year the Finance Ministry has launched the Farmer Loan Portal. Farmer’s data is available on this portal.
Farmers can register on the Kisan Loan Portal with their Aadhar card. Actually, data of farmers is available on this portal. If any farmer is not yet registered on this portal, then he can easily register with the help of Aadhaar card. Information about the farmers who have taken loan through Kisan Credit Card (KCC) will be easily available on this portal. Many farmers in the country do farming by taking loan through Kisan Credit Card.
Earlier the verification of KCC beneficiary was done manually but now it has become very easy to monitor the loan of farmers through Kisan Loan Portal. Many banks complain that farmers do not pay their loans on time. In such a situation, this important step has been taken by the government to end this problem.
How will farmers get help?
All the information about farmers is available on the Kisan Loan Portal. In such a situation, farmers can easily take agri loan through KCC. The aim of the government is that instead of taking loans from moneylenders, farmers should take loans with subsidy through KCC. Information about the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana will be available on this portal. Let us tell you that the beneficiaries of PM Kisan can also easily take loan through Kisan Credit Card. If a farmer takes a loan and repays it before time, then the government also gives him additional benefits. Apart from this, farmers can easily get loan at cheap rates on Kisan Credit Card.
