New Delhi : Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has got a big relief from the Supreme Court today. The court granted him interim bail. The Supreme Court has given relief to Kejriwal till 1 June 2024. After this, he will have to surrender on 2024 June 2. Arvind Kejriwal’s coming out of jail amid Lok Sabha elections is a big relief news for the party. Arvind Kejriwal will go to the Hanuman temple at Connaught Place tomorrow at 11 am and offer prayers and then hold a press conference at the Aam Aadmi Party office at 1 pm.

The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, but he will have to follow certain conditions. With this, he will have to return to jail again on June 2. The Supreme Court granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal till June 1. Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 after nine summons from the Enforcement Directorate. He got relief after about 50 days. While giving them this relief, the Supreme Court has imposed some conditions, which they will have to follow.

Arvind Kejriwal will have to surrender and return to jail on June 2. He will have to pay a bond of Rs 50 thousand. Kejriwal will not be able to comment on his role in the money laundering case related to the excise policy scam. He will have to follow his statement that he will not sign any official file unless the matter is as urgent as getting approval from the Lieutenant Governor. Kejriwal will not go to the Chief Minister’s Office and Delhi Secretariat. They will not be able to talk to any witnesses and will not be able to see official documents related to the case.
