In view of the upcoming festivals, the Chief Minister reviewed the preparations being made by Police Commissioners, Divisional Commissioners, District Magistrates and Police Captains with senior officers of the government level on Tuesday regarding strong law and order and facilities for the devotees. CM Yogi said that traffic was not affected due to religious works on the occasion of Ramzan month and Eid. This effort has been appreciated across the country. This time on the occasion of Bakrid and Muharram also we will have to implement the same system. A dialogue should be made with the concerned religious leaders/intellectuals in this regard by the local administration. The place for the sacrifice on Bakrid should be marked in advance.

There should be no sacrifice at disputed places. Sacrifice should not be done anywhere other than the previously fixed and marked place. And no animal should be sacrificed anywhere. There should be a systematic action plan for the systematic disposal of waste after sacrifice in every district. CM Yogi said that all necessary efforts should be made keeping in view the local needs, for every festival to be celebrated amidst peace and harmony. Deploying divers on the basis of past experiences, CCTVs should be installed on the Kawand Yatra route.

The CM said that the places for setting up of Kanwar camps should be marked beforehand, so that the traffic is not obstructed. Necessary facilities should be made available to the common people by the administration during the festivals. Give respect to religious tradition, faith, but no work should be done against the tradition. The organizers should allow the program only after following the rules and regulations. He said that weapons should not be displayed in religious processions and processions. There should be no such incident,

Due to which the sentiments of people of other religions are hurt. Mischievous elements may try to unnecessarily provoke people of other communities, keep an eye on such matters. The Chief Minister said that whether in rural or urban areas, the power supply should be maintained smoothly during festivals. There should be no complaints of unnecessary cuts from anywhere.
