Jharkhand resides in the villages
INVC NEWS Ranchi, There are 110 aspiring districts all over the country. Of the 24 districts of Jharkhand, 19 districts fall under this category. These aspiring districts are tribal-dominated villages. Together we have to bring change in these villages, in life of poor, tribal, dalits and exploited. Change can be brought with coordination of officers, people representative and public participation. Chief Minister Shri Raghubar Das was addressing one day conference and orientation program of all Mukhiyas organised by the Panchayati Raj Department. The Chief Minister said that for providing better facilities to the villages, I am happy to start the initiative to build road, street light and provide drinking water with solar energy. Mukhiya should use the amount of 14th Finance Commission in these works and ensure the implementation of these schemes in tribal and non-tribal villages. In the financial year 2019-2020, the supply of water to 1200 tribal villages will be ensured. The Chief Minister said that target has been set that by March 2019 every household will get electricity. The state government has provided electricity to 29 lakh households in the last four year. In 67, there were only 38 lakh households had electricity, 30 lakh homes had no such facility. Our government has provided them electricty in four year. Electricity will reach the remaining 1 lakh houses till March 2019. Electricity will be provided through Solar in 10 thousand houses and 247 villages in remote areas. The Chief Minister said that Jharkhand resides in the villages. The Center and the State Government took the decision in the interest of the farmers. Under the central government's plan, farmers will get Rs 6000 per acre. At the same time, the state government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 5000 per acre under Krishi Ashirvad Yojna. With this farmers will be able to buy necessities for farming. This will be helpful in doubling the income of farmers. The Chief Minister said that under the supervision of Panchayati Raj Secretary, a committee of 7 members should be constituted within 15 days. Through that review the matters of mukhiyas related to fraud, suspension or deprived from financial rights. The chairman of State Finance Commission will be nominated within a week and decisions will be taken on the demands of mukhiya including income growth. Rural Development Minister Shri Nilkanth Singh Munda said that 90% of Jharkhand resides in the village. We work on the purpose of development. Mukhiya has the responsibility to implement government scheme on the ground. He said that the motive of the government is not to work against the mukhiya, but the development of village. Under MNREGA, work will be done to provide up to 5 lakhs. Atal Gram Utthaan Yojna has been given the place in the budget. An effort will be made to develop one village of every Panchayat. Development Commissioner Shri DK Tiwari said that the Chief Minister has directed to solve the matters related to mukhiyas. You have to give information about the schemes related to Central and State Government. Work on providing drinking water by setting up water tank with 3 lakh 16 thousand rupees of 14th Finance Commission. 1500 liters water will be supplied which will benefit 300 people. Agriculture Secretary, Smt. Puja Singhal said that on February 17, the Prime Minister Samman Nidhi Yojna and the Chief Minister Krishi Ashirvad Yojna will start. Under the Krishi Ashirvad Yojna farmers will be given 5 thousand rupees per acre for 1 to 5 acres of land. Prime Minister Samman Nidhi Yojna will benefit small and marginal farmers. Information has been given to 50 lakh farmers of the state. The Rayat Coordination Committee has been formed everywhere. Farmers need to submit form for Prime Minister Samman Nidhi Yojna and Central Government will give financial assistance. In the program, Bundu Panchayat, Petarwar, Bokaro Mukhiya Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, Dulami Panchayat, Ramgarh Mukhiya Smt. Devanti Devi, Dundnagiya Panchayt, Dhanbad Mukhiya Shri Vikash Mahto shared their views. On this occasion, Principal Secretary Rural Development Shri Avinash Kumar, Agriculture Secretary, Smt. Puja Singhal, MNREGA Commissioner Shri Siddharth Tripathi, Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Shri Rai Mahipat Ray, Senior SP Shri Anish Gupta and Block Development Officer of different block were present.
