To commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad, the Students of Aryans Group of Colleges today celebrated International Student’s Day and National Education Day. On the occasion, events including paper presentation, word hunt and quiz were held as part of the programme. To spread awareness regarding child education and education as a right of all irrespective of gender and age students gave presentations. Dr.Anshu kataria, Chairman Aryans Group presided over the event.
During the event, Dr. Kataria addressed the students regarding the significance of higher education. Dr.Kataria asserted on the significance of education as a social development programme and urged the students to work against social evils like female foeticide.
Prof. D. C. Kataria, Dr. Praveen Kataria & Dr .Manjula Kataria & the staff members were also present on this occasion. It is to be mentioned that Aryans 20 acre campus is situated at village Nepra (Banur), near Chandigarh – Patiala highway. . The group is running MBA College, BBA/ BCA College, B.Ed College and Engineering College.
