INVC,,

Delhi,,
The Government of India is implementing the Integrated Low Cost Sanitation Scheme since 1980.

The Scheme, as revised with effect from January 2008, envisages conversion of dry latrines into low cost twin pit pour flush latrines and construction of new individual toilets to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) house holds who have no latrines in the urban areas of the country. Under the scheme the pattern of assistance is 75% Central Subsidy, 15% State Subsidy and 10% beneficiary share. An Upper ceiling cost of Rs.10,000/- is provided for the complete unit of a two pit pour flush individual latrine with superstructure (excluding States falling in difficult / hilly areas). For the States falling in the category of difficult and hilly areas, 25% extra cost is provided for each two pit pour flush latrine. The Scheme is limited to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) households only and does not entail a loan component. The Scheme is implemented by Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation directly. The States would select NGOs having adequate experience in this field who will be funded to a maximum extent of 15% over and above the total project cost to be borne by the Centre and States based on the ratio of 5:1 at different stages of implementation. 1% of total Central allocation is retained by the Ministry every year, to be utilized for Management Information System (MIS), Monitoring System, Capacity Building and Information, Education and Communication (IEC) components.

The State-wise details regarding pour flush latrines are given at Annexure-I.

No. of units covered + constituted under earlier ILCS scheme as on 31st March 2010 are given at Annexure-II.

No Central team has been constituted to monitor the work under ILCS Scheme. The monitoring of the scheme is done by the Ministry through Quarterly Progress Reports.

  1. No, but felt I should give you this piece of advice: we have tried lots of regular mattresses in our 35 years of marriage. Eventually went to a limited motion water bed and we thought it would not get any better than that. Until, we bought a Select Comfort air bed!! My God, the difference is extraordinary. Each side is adjustable…so each partner can have it the way they like it. The comfort is unbelievable. I can’t remember the last time I got a back ache, (or any other ache), from staying in bed too long.

  2. I think you should practice more everyday. Focus on your shooting, passing, and court vision. Also, during leg and body stretches before you practice is good. Just make sure you get at least an hour everyday of practice, and you can make the team.

  3. I would definitely look at the Fuji line of digital cameras. Not only do they record video, they also record sound. And it is not limited to only 30 seconds. Its limit depends on how much memory you have on the flash memory ( xd card ). Or if you are a serious sport biker where you will encounter a lot of bumps and jumps opt for a detachable lens video camera. This will eliminate of harming the recording mechanism. Just strap the lens with the Velcro and secure the recorder in a padded bag. you could even strap the camera to your helmet and keep the recording unit attached to your body ( looks better while your body cushions the bumpy ride ).

  4. You can not upgrade the built in sound/audio card as it is a chip set mode into the mother board. You can update the installed audio driver but if you have your operating system set for auto updates it will already be the latest driver.

  5. You are probably too heavy for the treadmill in question. Sometimes older treadmills also have crappy motors that are no good any longer. You can try to losen the belt up, put on some lubricant, and tighten the belt really good. Sometimes just tightening the walking belt up can fix the problem, but it’s probably just not rated for your size. (That seems to be the same problem with at least 3 out of 5 treadmills I have got).

  7. Use the bassinet until your baby starts getting to big for it… my son is almost 4 months old and still sleeps in his bassinet. It easier to have the baby in the bassinet at first because you can pull it right up to your bed.

  8. Not sure how ice eliminates heat in a can of soda. Somehow it works. I’m sure some theoretical scientist could offer a theory as to how it works. But who cares? It works. And is extremely dependable.

  9. I would think the 5 quart is sufficient for most of us. I have the Classic with a 4.5 quart bowl. Would have preferred the 5 qt but this one came up on a super one-day-only discount, so…..it rocks! I can make 3 loaves of banana bread at one time in mine. In fact, it’s better if I do. One loaf barely has enough butter to process in the machine. It gets lost in the bottom of the bowl. This model came with a dough hook and recipes for bread in the manual, so presumably it can handle bread dough though I haven’t tried it. When I was researching the models, I also came up with that if you make bread a lot, the Pro would be a better choice. But I have a breadmaker so I figured why duplicate gadgets. Manual for mine says that attachments with the white coating are fine in the dishwasher but not the wire whisk which is metal and I imagine it’s the same for all models.

  10. I have a TomTom 3rd Edition bought from a local store. I had a code card in the package with the number visible. When I went to their website to log in with that number, there was a message there that the code number was not needed anymore. The updates, I believe, are free for at least a year.

  11. I have an 18mnth old NAVMAN, it has all speed camera warnings already built in. There was nothing to download, no extra charges etc, it has lots of other built in free extras and it only cost £140 then, is even cheaper now. I have found it totally reliable, TOMTOM is overhyped in my opinion. Sorry I cannot advise you on your Q, but my opinion is that this facility should come as standard, hopefully someone else can advise. Failing that, contact the company and ask why they advertise their product as the best, yet fail to include as standard what "lesser" products do. It should not be left to you, as the customer to find help, that is their job.

  12. If you have already seen a doctor, call the doctor back and ask. The child already has water on the lungs. If you haven’t seen the doctor….. see a doctor; and don’t go around asking questions like this on a website.

  13. Messenger bags are just differently styled backpacks. I personally do not like them because in high school especially they’re more less maneuverable in the hallways. You could always try it, it’s a matter of personal preference.

  14. Let the humidifier dry out every so often. Water will get a stagnant smell to it eventually. As long as the water you’re using in the humidifier is clean, it’s fine. You can try using the cleaning tabs for a camelback or something. You can get them at any sports store or bike shop. They clean things you drink out of. If that doesn’t work for you, just stop using them.

  15. Run the HEPA filter under warm running water and allow to dry preferably where it can get air from both sides of filter, do not dry in direct sunlight this can damage the filter, it is best in a warm room, can be dried in a dishdrainer if possible this way it gets air from both sides and will dry fast without promoting mold/mildew Good Luck !

  16. Try asking for a pet zebra, instead. Act like it’s what you really, really want. When she says no, act dejected, then say, ok, can I paint my bedroom black and white instead. Then she’ll go for it. You just have to give her a worse option first, so this one looks good. 🙂

  17. Your paint store will be able to advise you, but it sounds as if you’re speaking about a laminate, and, if this is the case, there is a paint available now for painting such a surface. A fair bit of work involved, I believe, i.e. cleaning it thoroughly, there’s a special base coat which must be applied first, and, from examples I’ve seen, it looks like a nice finish.

  18. She really want another watch? Since she had already had so many of it. I found some silver bracelets are really amazing. The one named "butterfly loves flowers forever" is best to express your love to your real soul mate at that special day.

  19. i have one word: MALL! i find all sorts of clothes is the mall!they r perfect! and they have good qualty clothes and etc 2! u should check out JCpenny (if u are a adult) and if you are a teenager check out aeropstale. and if u r a preteen, u should check out justice. They are all good stores! and for beauty, check out bath and body works and another store i cant think of the name. i hope it helps!

  20. Depending how often you wear those particular shoes, I think so. I wore mine everyday to work beause I also had a stand up job, as well as getting foot gaurds I would replace them every year at the longest. Your feet will thank you!

  21. I’m having a slight difficult situation right here. I want to get myself a good unlocked phone and can’t make up my mind on which one to select. First of all, i am considering the Nokia 5070, which my buddy has. It appears quite durable, and all seemed alright, but i began researching others. Now my biggest problem is choosing between the Nokia X3 and the Samsung Blackjack i607. All suggestions are welcome.

  22. Would it be easier for you to see (if you have not already) a naturopathic doctor who would go over your medical problems with you and come up with a specific plan of supplements and maybe herbs? It might cost you much less overall and you would have some guidance in making sure your taking the right supplements.

  23. You want have a problem unless you plug both into the same electrical outlet. The microwave and refrigerator need their on outlet, should be a 20 amp for each. If you plug both in the same outlet you could trip the breaker if the refrigertor compressor comes on at the same time you are using the micro.

  24. Don’t do any of those. Choose SiteGround or LunarPages. Those are the best! They both give you a free domain, and they give you unlimited bandwidth, unlimited web space, unlimited email addresses, subdomains, they have cPanel, and Fantastico, and more! Choose one of them. They are both pretty cheap also

  25. There are a lot of web hosting services that offer great quality for a very decent price. However, it is almost impossible to recommend a web hosting provider without knowing the background of your ideas for your website and/or business. Depending on your business or your website, you’ll really just have to pick the web hosting provider that best fits your personal and professional needs. I recommend Web-Hosting-Info.com because it lists all of the top web hosting providers side-by-side so that you can make the choice best for you and your website. I hope this helps!

  26. If it has the basic stitch functions, you could use it for making clothes. You would want to use good thread, like Gutterman’s, and you may want to keep away from very thick fabrics like denim unless the manual says this machine can handle that kind of fabric. Read the manual – it should tell you exactly what the machine is for and what to avoid.

  27. You should be happy, GTA stopped being good when they got serious with the "plot" that you can see through from the very moment you start the game up. I will admit one thing though, free roam has gotten better.

  28. Provided she’s eating well, she will produce the amount of milk her puppies demand. Too much milk causes problems like mastitis, so as long as the pups seem satisfied I wouldn’t worry.

  29. You definitely won’t be able to do this for free. You will have to buy City Navigator NT Europe. It is available on either a DVD or an SD card. There is no download unless you bought a European version of the nuvi around the time the new map version came out. If you go the DVD route, you will have to buy your own SD card to copy the maps to. You then put the SD card into the nuvi. When you purchase the map, you should get an unlock code.

  30. The secret is to drive the smallest, weakest car you can find, have limited mileage on it per year, and 3rd Party Fire and Theft only. No body kits, modifications, or fancy sound system. Nada. You will be driving a Grandma car for five years before the insurance comes down to a reasonable level, but woe betide if you have even a sniff of an accident in that time.

  31. Open your self with those factors that can contribute you best knowledge and skills. You can do searching of those strategies available who are then known to be effective, have some practice and make use of it. Gather more tips at available sites.

  32. I have the Garmin Nuvi 750 and its great. I get to the destination fast, avoids traffic and the graphics are great. It has a safety alarm code so if its stolen or lost no one gets your info on where you live, or your personal destinations. Its text to speech, so it will tell you the name on the street you need to turn and it will tell you if your destination its on the right or on the left. I love it, you should give it a try!!

  33. You are confused. Bollywood is the seat of the much larger Indian/sub-continent film community based in Mumbai, formerly Bombay, India, ergo Bollywood. Hollywood is the seat of the American film community and is much less prolific than the Bollywood film community but much more important in its social, cultural and economic global impact. If you are looking for talent agents in California, go through the phone book and write them and audition for those agents. If you are interested in Bollywood write the cultural attache at the Indian Consulate General in Los Angeles and ask for assistance. Good luck.

  34. Companies who write service manuals are in business to SELL them, not give them away. Maybe you can look at one at a library if you’re destitute. Otherwise, spend $30 on a Clymer manual like everyone else.

  35. Yes, 47 is the winner. I don’t know about Windows or Linux, but on a Mac, if you play the DVD with the system DVD player application, it tells you which title is currently playing (which will be, of course, the correct one!). Under the "Go" menu, there is a go to Title option (as well as chapter, bookmark, etc.). There the correct, playing title is check-marked. See if there is similar on your operating system of choice, as it will be a definite help in these situations!

  36. no a SEO only optimizes your pages to get higher rank. you have to pay the web designer to make the webpages, then the SEO will add extra coding that will compatibalize your webpage with serach engines in order to rank higher

  37. Ohhh Yeah dude! I have a great thing going where you do even less than what you are doing at your job (I assume) and you become certified with only about 30 minutes of schooling. Just follow the link below and click on the big number "2" located on the left side of the screen. This is a 15ish minute long video that explains exactly what we are and what we do. After you have watched it, go ahead and email me at the address below as well and we can get into more in depth questions from there. I don’t want to include my Phone number right here for everybody to see, but we can arrange that through email.

  38. Try drinking green tea at least 3 times a day eat your regular sized meals that are healthy, and add a light healthy snack between breakfastast and lunch and btwn lunch and dinner. Like eat an apple, carrots, but what i recomend most is plain broccoli. Broccoli stimulizes your thyroid or liver i cant remember but i ate 2 good sized broccli a day for a week and lost 5 pounds because it boost your metabolism. also depending on your injuries how about lifting light wieghts with your arm or walkin up the stairs a couple of time in the mornin or drink cold water to rev your metabolism

  39. Do you mean like internet security? There are computer security degrees, and many CS and CIS programs offer an internet security track. However, I haven’t come across any of these that have an "ethics" course directly related to hacking. I’d imagine they’re out there though. Good luck in your search.

  40. welding is a physically demanding job, regardless of the type, most of the time you are sitting or standing for long periods of time, but it is also a great trade to have, if your asking about strength, it depends on the job, if you are production welding then you do not need to be very strong, but if you are a welder-fitter you would need alot of strength, because you would be handling material by hand and it can get pretty heavy, basically its up to you to know what type of welding you want to get into, and if you feel that it would be right for you in a physical sense. hope that helps with your question, good luck.

  41. I post notes to myself on the mirror where I brush my teeth at night but, you could put it where you will see it every night before you go to bed. Simply write the note on a post it note and stick it up. It might help if you put the package of bands near the note.

  42. Not really, both are made up of a protein-lipid bilayer. Except for the mitochondria, it has two layers of this bilayer. One is outter and the 2nd one is inner. This is a very important feature because in between the 2 layers, that is where chemiosmotic energy is being built up to make ATP…but that’s a whole different story right there,,but anyways, if you got any more questions, just email me ,ok , because I am here to help

  43. I don’t use NB but I know the Armed Forces provides their recruits with NB shoes for Physical Training during boot camp and it is the main brand sold throughout the military. My husband is in the Marine Corps and he loves his NB shoes (called go-fasters through the marine corps.)
