the theme of this year’s World Tourism Day is digital transformation and innovation, and its contribution to the sustainable development of the world.Saurabh Sharma, Director, Travel Unravel Holidays Private Limited, said, “We are completely in line with the theme of the World Tourism Day 2018. The manual, including awareness about safe environmental practices, will offer 360 degree information on digital travel booking process, be it booking tickets, using coupons, getting refunds, changing travel plans, accommodation etc.
Further, Sharma said, “With E-commerce, the travel industry has not only resulted in the growth but has also made things convenient for everyone. Now everything is just a tap away.”
